Shipping, payments, and returns information
Shipping
StringGear Products processes all orders within 3 Business days or sooner, typically sooner when we can providing the order is received by 2.00 P.M. All products are shipped with instructions, and the product is inside of a waterproof bag, and cardboard boxed to ensure your product makes it to you in great shape.
If you do receive a damaged box, please take a photograph of the package, and then open it. If there is damage, a claim can be filed, and a replacement will be shipped out to you as soon as possible. StringGear ships via the USPS, and Fedex ground with tracking.
We recommend taking a picture or two so we can submit to the carrier.
Payments
Payments received with orders are acknowledged via our cart system, if for some reason we do not see your funds in our processing account, we will reach out to you to confirm and review the situation to make you aware that the shipment may be held up
Returns
Returns can be made once we provide a return authorization, in most cases, we will have the product picked up. The product must be in its original packaging intact with all items listed on the billing description. StringGear Products reserves the right to determine if an authorization is issued if contacted within 10 days of purchase.
Limited Product warranty
StringGear Products, LLC provides a limited 90-day warranty on all of its products providing they are used as described for their intended purpose. We will review any issues up to one year from the date of purchase to determine if the issues were caused during normal use, but can not promise replacement of the product, but we will try to workout the situation to satisfy our customers.
